Sponsor Suites offer the most exclusiveamenities for your guests. Your memorable evening begins, before other guests, for the rare occasion of a Champagne Reception hosted by Mary Lou and Pat Hartness in their beautiful home

At 6:00PM, arrive at a private gated-entrance,usually reserved for the family. A badge and windshield pass allow you and your guests quick entry onto the Estate, into the Event site, and directly to Preferred Parking. From preferred parking, you and select guests, will be whisked by private shuttle, to the Hartness Home for a Champagne Toast to set your evening in motion.

A quick shuttle-ride returns you to a separate Sponsor area, and Your Private Suite, a tented space, fabric-draped and festively decorated, with seating at linen-topped tables. Enjoy direct views of the entertainment and all of the evening's festivities. Special lighting and greenery will further enhance your oasis. Attendants will be on hand to assist in making your experience the most pleasurable.

You're invited to "custom decorate" your private lounge area as a way to share your own special touches with your guests, or to reflect your company's image. A Private Suite-Area Bar is within easy reach, as are Private Restrooms. A Gift Bag of unique items, for you and your guests, will make Beach Ball 2012 a truly memorable evening.
